How do I get the Fuel Rebate?

Simply participate in the UltraBenefits program and refer others to the program.

One Person Referred = 10% Fuel Rebate (max $15)
Two People Referred = 25% Fuel Rebate (max $37.50)
Four People Referred = 50% Fuel Rebate. (max $75)

All rebates are based on $150/month in fuel purchases. Must mail in receipts with fuel rebate form and be post marked by the fifth of the each month.
